This program ends December 26, 2009. Customers must complete the order for up-to-date kit within 90 days of the date of original purchase of a qualifying computer or Xserve or by December 26, 2009, whichever is earlier. You can place an web order through designated URLs if the purchase was done through Apple Online Store or from resellers located in countries with Apple Online Store. Mail/Fax order form is available to you from all countries. Since Mac OS X Snow Leopard is expected to be available in Sept 2009, You will only receive their up-to-date kit after the product is available.
